This article goes over how to forget the WiFi network on a Windows, Apple, Android, or Chromebook device.

When you are ready to reset your password, it is important to forget the current network credentials on mobile devices (phones, tablets, and laptops).
To complete this step, please complete the following steps based on what device you have:
Windows Device:
- Type Settings on the search box.
- Click Network & Internet.
- Click Wi-Fi on the left pane of the Network & Internet window.
- Click Manage known networks.
- Select UL-WiFi and click Forget.
Apple Device:
- Instructions for Mac, iPhone, and iPad are located at the following link:
Android Device:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Network & internet and then Internet.
- Touch and hold the UL-WiFi network.
- Tap Forget network.
Chromebook Device:
- Sign in to your Chromebook.
- At the bottom right, select the time.
- Select Settings .
- In the "Network" section, select Wi-Fi.
- Select Known networks.
- Find UL-WiFi, then select More and then Forget.
Once you have reset your password via https://passport.lynchburg.edu you can rejoin UL-WiFi with your new password.
