Cyber Risk Aware Training: Create a New Password

  • Navigate to the training's login page, found here.
  • Click the Forgot Password? button.

  • Enter your email address and click the Email Link button.

  • Navigate to your email account; there should be an email titled CyberRiskAware Password Reset Verification Code. Copy the code found within this email.
  • Navigate back to the training webpage; it should now be presenting you with three text boxes.
  • Enter the code copied from the email, a new password and confirm the new password.
  • NOTE: when creating the new password, please follow these password requirements.

  • Once the new password has been created, the web page should revert to the default login screen.
  • Enter the email address/username and the new password. To make logging in easier in the future, check the Remember Me box before clicking the Login button.
