Step 1:
- Using your iPhone search for the "Find My" app
Step 2:
- In the Devices list, look for and select the device you want to remove
Step 3:
- Once the device is found scroll to the bottom and look for the 'Remove this Device' option
- **DO NOT click on erase this device**
Your device should now be removed from the "Find My" app and IT should now be able to set up a repair.
