Change the number of rings on your office phone
Open the Mitel Connect app on your computer.
Click in the area where your name and phone extension appear to expand the Dashboard window pane.
Select Call Routing from the left sidebar.
Click on the green-colored
Change
button to the right of the text “
‘
X number of rings
’
before incoming calls are routed to voicemail
.”
On the
Availability Routing
tab, you can set the following:
Select
Forward the call to my voicemail
From the
rings before forwarding dropdown box
,
select the number of rings that you want
the phone to ring for before the call is forwarded to your voicemail.
Finally, click the green-colored Save button in the lower, right-hand corner.
